My kids are 13 and 10 and they have a hard time falling asleep. I ordered the Dream mist and they both spray their beds every night and spray themselves as well. They always wake up so happy and well rested. They fall asleep so easy and comfortable. This is my go to moving forward and just ordered another bottle.
