!!! Validation Review!!! Part 2 While my phone was acting up during the live on Sunday night my notifications screen on kept saying I have 2 messages. It didn’t show me who text me I scroll down on my messages & notice that I had 2 unread from my #1 customer Alex. Alex & his family was highly recommended to me 12 yrs ago. He has been supporting my cake business since then. He always challenges me with cake and ideas. Recent I have been off for 18 months from taking cake & sweets confections orders. Since I didn’t want to lose any time I had left with mom . During my time off from making cakes, I’ve learned that my affordable custom cakes are very under valued. I had made my mind to not go back on baking & taking orders. But My oldest daughter told me, “grandma wouldn’t want you to stop making cakes & sweets”. “Just remember how much she enjoyed eating your cakes & especially your delicious chocolate covered strawberries”. “Just think of grandma happy expression every time you would surprise her with a different design every year or just to try new flavors sweets”. “Grandpa is still here to cheer you on with your business goals, just like grandma has always been your #1 supporter cheering you on”. These passes few weeks have been hectic, but also they have ended with blessings. First, our car-ford fusion 2010 the engine blew. On Sunday, June 11th the day before Josie’s catheter procedure surgery. Josie and I was on our way to my in law’s house. The car blew out a few blocks away from our home. Luckily, we had Josie’s scroller in the trunk. I drop off Josie, went walking to my mom house. She lives driving 15 mins away from our home. Walking it took me longer to get there. We have Jackie’s red truck that needs to get fix park next to my mom garage. I was trying to fix it to get it ready by 5am Josie was scheduled. My mom went out to see who was in the garage. She ask me what’s going on? I commented to my mom that the car had an engine problem and she said “I’ll give you the money to fix it”. Josie woke up with a running nose and squeezing we had to reschedule her procedure for a later day. For a whole week I had to research where an engine was available. Thankfully one of my co-workers would give me a ride to work very night. Since I stayed longer in the morning I would walk it home from work. Took me a hour to get home walking or so. After all the researching I found an engine at Aurora, IL. I had to figure out how to go get the engine from 2 hrs away from our home. I had ask our oldest nephew since he has a pick up. But his truck is acting up too. We didn’t want to risk it in the express way. Then I came up with an idea to rent a truck from Home Depot. That following Friday after work my mom came to pick me up to go get the rental truck. By 3pm est I was home already relaxing. I had taken the engine to my mechanic he lives across the alley from our home. That same night our oldest nephew help push the car and park it close to our home. On Monday morning the mechanic came knocking on our door said he was ready to help me push the car into his garage. He work on the car all those day’s long. He knows about our Josie girl heart & lungs condition how much a car is important to have since she can’t be out in the heat for long periods of time. By the middle of the week I had the car running. I use these products everyday, mid-day and night time before going to work. My wife Jackie has place all my products in the washroom. So, I won’t forget to use my products after washing my hands.
